Question 1

What is CORE49?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 is a daily protein smoothie combining organic rice protein, vitamins, minerals, fibre and other selected ingredients. It was developed as an intelligent daily nutritional foundation, designed to complement a varied, balanced diet.

Question 2

What does CORE49 do?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 brings selected nutrients and ingredients together in one daily smoothie. Its formulation was developed around seven interconnected areas of biology: Brain & Mood, Strength & Longevity, Gut Health, Energy Production, Cellular Health, Cellular Protection, and Hydration & Balance. These are the formulation framework—not a promise that CORE49 improves every one of these areas.

Question 3

What is inside CORE49, and why were these ingredients chosen?

Accepted Answer

The formula combines organic rice protein with selected vitamins, minerals, fibre and other ingredients. Each was considered for its role, form and amount within the overall formulation. The approach draws on decades of study and clinical experience, alongside research into how biological processes interact. See the full ingredient list and nutrition information for the exact composition.

Question 4

How is CORE49 different from greens powders or other daily nutrition drinks?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 begins with an organic rice protein foundation—22 g per full serving in the current specification—alongside selected nutrients and other ingredients. Rather than treating ingredients as isolated additions, its development considered seven interconnected biological systems. We believe thoughtful formulation matters more than simply counting ingredients.

Question 5

Why is it called CORE49?

Accepted Answer

“CORE” reflects the idea of a nutritional foundation. “49” refers to the original design of 49 purposeful ingredients, informed by a seven-by-seven formulation concept.

Question 6

Who created CORE49, and why?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 grew from a simple question: why has looking after ourselves become so complicated? After more than 30 years in clinical practice, Laurens Maas, Doctor of Integrated Medicine understood that nutrients and biological systems work together—not in isolation. Meanwhile, friends were comparing overflowing supplement cupboards, handfuls of capsules and complicated daily routines. Together, Laurens and Ben set out to create a more thoughtful daily nutritional foundation. That idea became CORE49, the first product from Worthy Molecules. There are more people—and plenty more personality—behind the story. Read our full Founders’ Story.

Question 7

How do I take CORE49?

Accepted Answer

Mix two level scoops with 200–250 ml of a cold drink and blend or shake well. We particularly love it with chilled organic coconut milk. Water or your favourite chilled milk alternative works too. Start with one level scoop if following our introductory guidance.

Question 8

When is the best time to take CORE49?

Accepted Answer

We recommend taking CORE49 in the morning as part of your daily start-up routine. Because the formula contains ingredients intended for an energising morning ritual, we suggest avoiding it after 1 pm, particularly if you are sensitive to stimulating ingredients.

Question 9

Should I start with one scoop?

Accepted Answer

We suggest starting with one level scoop a day for the first week, then increasing to two level scoops if you are comfortable. Follow the final pack directions, and stop using the product if you experience an adverse reaction.

Question 10

Can I take less than two scoops per day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can take one level scoop a day if you prefer. That provides approximately half the ingredients and nutrients in the full two-scoop serving. The nutrition information on the pack is based on the stated serving size.

Question 11

Can I take more than two scoops per day?

Accepted Answer

We recommend following the stated daily serving of two level scoops and not exceeding it. If you train intensively or have particular nutritional needs, seek individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional rather than increasing the CORE49 dose yourself.

Question 12

Should I use a level or heaped scoop?

Accepted Answer

A level scoop, please! Slide the scoop up the inside of the pouch to level it off. For the most accurate serving, use the weight stated on the pack.

Question 13

Can I add CORE49 to coffee, hot drinks or smoothies?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely—try CORE49 in a cold smoothie, or stir it into chilled yoghurt. We particularly love it with organic coconut milk. Please enjoy it separately from coffee and do not heat it or mix it into hot drinks. Heat can affect the stability of some ingredients, and the product has been designed for cold or room-temperature preparation.

Question 14

What does CORE49 taste like?

Accepted Answer

Think sweet vanilla with a gentle caramel note from lucuma. The texture is velvety, with a slightly grainy finish.

Question 15

How long does a pouch last, and can I travel with it?

Accepted Answer

At two level scoops per day, the current pouch is designed to provide 28 full servings—28 days of CORE49. The pouch is easy to pack when travelling. Keep it sealed and follow the storage instructions on the pack.

Question 16

Who is CORE49 for?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 is being developed for adults who want to complement their diet with a daily organic rice protein smoothie. It is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Question 17

Who should not take CORE49?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 is not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are undergoing cancer treatment, take prescription medicines, have a medical condition or are unsure whether it is suitable for you, speak with your treating clinician before use.

Question 18

Can I take CORE49 alongside other supplements or medication?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 contains several nutrients and other active ingredients, so combining it with supplements may mean taking more of the same ingredients than you intended. Check the full ingredient list with your doctor, pharmacist or other appropriately qualified healthcare professional before combining products, especially if you take medication.

Question 19

Is CORE49 vegan, gluten-free or allergen-free?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 is currently described as vegan. It is manufactured in a facility that also handles allergens, with controls intended to reduce cross-contact. Please check the finished pack for the full ingredient and allergen declaration.

Question 20

Do I need to stop CORE49 before a blood test?

Accepted Answer

Tell your clinician or laboratory that you take CORE49 and share the ingredient list. They can advise whether it needs to be paused and for how long. Always follow their fasting and preparation instructions. If your tests are part of a CORE49 monitoring programme, follow that programme’s specific guidance.

Question 21

What is the science behind CORE49?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 draws on more than 30 years of clinical experience and a systems-based understanding of human biology. Its formulation considers how selected nutrients and other ingredients fit within seven interconnected biological systems. A 21-day exploratory pilot at The Maas Clinic collected biomarker measurements and participant feedback on an earlier formula. Findings from that pilot helped inform subsequent formulation decisions. We keep learning and refining—but the pilot does not establish that the revised formula is safer or more effective.

Question 22

Will I feel a difference, and how quickly?

Accepted Answer

Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no guaranteed timetable or specific effect to expect. CORE49 is a food supplement, not a medicine. If you experience unwanted symptoms, stop using it and seek advice if needed.

Question 23

Where is CORE49 made, and how is it tested?

Accepted Answer

CORE49 is blended and manufactured in the UK by Cambridge Commodities. Its specification includes microbiological and heavy-metal limits.

Question 24

Where do the ingredients come from? Are they organic or sustainably sourced?

Accepted Answer

Ingredients are sourced through Cambridge Commodities and its suppliers. CORE49 as a finished product is not certified organic, although individual ingredients may have organic certification.

Question 25

Where can I see the full ingredients and nutritional information?

Accepted Answer

You’ll find the full ingredient list, nutrition information, allergens and recommended serving on the product packaging and product page.

Question 26

How much does CORE49 cost?

Accepted Answer

The current planned one-off price is £99 per pouch, with reduced prices proposed for subscribers and pre-launch members.

Question 27

How does the subscription work? Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions are intended to make your routine simple, with options to pause, skip or cancel through your account.

Question 28

Is there a money-back guarantee or returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
